Delivery & Returns

Free Delivery:

1. We offer a free delivery service if orders meet the minimum order quantity or weight dependant on postcode.
2. Delivery of orders generally take 6 to 7 days from the time we receive your order. This may differ during busy periods.
3. A member of staff will contact you the afternoon before delivery date to confirm eta of delivery
4. Our Delivery Driver will deliver to your required location, IE Coal shed, Coal Bunker, Garden etc.

Delivery Areas:

Day Bros delivery covers Hertfordshire, Essex, North London and parts of Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. View our delivery areas.

Click & Collect:

1. We offer click & click service from our yard.
2. You can either pay on collection and pay in the checkout process by selecting your chosen payment option
3. Some prepacked coal products are not available to collect, if a product isn’t available to collect, our website will not give you an option to Collect.

Refunds:

1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
